THAT Council approve the City of Vancouver accepting the release of Pacific Place Holdings Ltd.'s interest in the portion of the Dunsmuir Tunnel at no cost, located on the City-owned property in the 600 block Beatty Street, and legally described as:

A. THAT Council accept as information this report that describes the current cadastral boundary (property line) situation for the Mountain View Cemetery, its impact on future development of the site and sets out a program to "clean-up" the anomalies.B. THAT Council authorize the establishment as road of all that portion of Block 15, District Lot 642, Plan 733A being a 33 foot wide strip that is physically a portion of Prince Edward Street, north of 43rd Avenue and being the same as shown hatched on the plan attached to the Administrative Report dated January 5, 1999 as Appendix "A".
C. THAT Council authorize the Director of Legal Services to sign on behalf of the City a Reference Plan to consolidate into a single parcel Blocks 13, 14, Block 15 except Part in Plan LMP _____,and Blocks 16, 17, and 18 each except Part in Explanatory Plan 5912, District Lot 642, Plan 733A, being the portions of Mountain View Cemetery lying between 41st Avenue and 43rd Avenue, easterly of Prince Edward Street, and being generally the same as shown within the heavy outline on the plan attached to the Administrative Report dated January 5, 1999 as Appendix "A".
D. THAT Council instruct the General Manager of Engineering Services to, in consultation with the Director, Non-Market Operations, the Director of Legal Services, and the Manager of Real Estate Services report back to Council seeking formal authorities as necessary as each stage of the "program" to "clean-up" the cadastral boundary anomalies is complete.
