1. 1232 Richard Street - Heritage Revitalization Agreement and Heritage Designation

If approved, the proposed amendment to the Heritage By-law would designate the existing building, listed in the ‘B’ category on the Vancouver Heritage Register, as a protected heritage property, and amend the existing Heritage Revitalization Agreement to increase the transferable density by 583 m² (6,275.57 square feet) and decrease the figure reflecting on-site density to 4.90 FSR.
