At its meeting immediately following the Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic meeting of November 3, 1998, Vancouver City Council approved the motion to defer decision on this matter (Administrative Reports dated October 15 and 19th, 1998, and Policy Report dated October 27, 1998) to a future meeting of Council.
