THAT the Director of Planning be advised that Council would favour the approval of the construction of a three-storey office/residential building at 3585 West 40th Avenue as submitted under DE403103.

2. Towing Services Contract Restructuring File: 1805

THAT Council adopt the policy of setting rates for the towing of impounded vehicles and equipment to reflect that of the ICBC rate schedule for non-accident tows.
