The minutes of the meeting of March 12, 1998 to be adopted.

1. Downtown Eastside Residents' Association (D.E.R.A.)

The attached Administrative Report, dated March 11, 1998, refers.

D.E.R.A. has received a copy of the report, and may wish to speak.

2. Heritage Incandescent Lighting in Gastown

The attached report, dated February 18, 1998, from the Gastown Historic Area Planning Committee, and the Memorandum, dated March 24, 1998, from the General Manager of Engineering Services, refer.

The Chair, Gastown Historic Area Planning Committee, will speak.

3. Warning to Prospective Purchasers - 496 East 19th Ave., Lot T, Block 51, District Lot 301, Plan LMP31879

The attached report, dated March 18, 1998 was withdrawn from the April 7, 1998 Council Agenda in response to a delegation request. Accordingly, the report is submitted for the Committee's consideration.

1. 1998 Operating Budget: Interim Estimates

Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on April 7, 1998, considered an Administrative Report, dated March 31, 1998 on the 1998 Operating Budget: Interim Estimates.

Council approved the Interim Estimates of the 1998 Operating Budget, except for the portion relating to the proposed Library Board budget reduction of $203,000.
