1. Rezoning: 8405-8435 Granville Street
The proposed rezoning from C-1 and C-2 to C-2C would permit pedestrian-oriented commercial/residential development.
2. Text Amendment: MC-1 (Cedar Cottage)
The proposed amendments to the MC-1 zoning that applies to the Cedar Cottage mixed-use/industrial area would keep the mixed-use nature of the area while bringing the uses and regulations into closer conformity with other mixed-use schedules.
