The minutes of the meeting of October 30, 1997, to be adopted.

1. Warning to Prospective Purchasers of 3412 East 45th Avenue

Lot 3 of 1, Block A, District Lot 339 NW Qtr, Plan 4308

Due to a delegation request, the attached Administrative Report dated October 15, 1997, was referred from the Vancouver City Council meeting on November 4, 1997, to this meeting.

The owner of the property is expected to address the Standing Committee.

2. Pacific Centre Parking Garage - Replacement and Upgrade

of the Revenue Control Equipment
