                                         A G E N D A

          ROLL CALL

          1.   Motion re Council resolving itself into Court of Revision.



                                      COURT OF REVISION

          2.   Delegations -  Representations are  received at this  time relating
               only to errors in:

               a)   the names of assessed owners;
               b)   the frontage measurements;
               c)   any variation of assessment because parcels are unequally
                    benefitted, or are of abnormal shape or situation.

          3.   A  motion to certify to  the correctness of  the Special Assessment
               Roll.  
               (Note:  Requests to adjust measurements and costs.)

          4.   Court of Revision to rise and report.

               If the Court completes its considerations, Council convenes for the
               purpose  of determining whether to proceed with the carrying out of
               the projects and the manner of doing so.



                                           COUNCIL

         5.   Council  by  resolution  to receive  the  report  of  the Court  of
               Revision.

                          COUNCIL SHOULD NOW HEAR REPRESENTATIONS 
                         ON THE QUESTION AS TO WHETHER THE PROJECTS
                                   SHOULD PROCEED OR NOT.


          6.   Local Improvements - Subsequent Procedure

               The attached Administrative Report dated June 2, 1997, refers.
