   1.   Draft Transportation Plan

        Mr. Peter Judd, Assistant City Engineer, will provide a brief
        presentation and Council will then hear representations on the
        proposed City of Vancouver Draft Transportation Plan.

   Anyone wishing to make representation to Council on the Plan may
   register by either calling the City Clerk's Office at 873-7276 or at the
   door on the day of the meeting.
