        Ken Bayne, Comptroller of Budgets & Research, will introduce a
        Report Reference on the three public in-put streams of the City
        Choices Program.  The following will make presentations:

        -    Judy Kirk, Communication Consultant - Mayor's Forums In-Put
        -    Liz Cookson, Budgets & Research Division - Feedback from the
             City Choices information flyer, and fax, e-mail and telephone lines
        -    Daniel Savas, Angus Reid Group - Results of Public Opinion Survey.
