   COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE



   1.   Delegations re 1997-1999 Capital Plan

        Council is scheduled to hear delegations on the 1997-1999 Capital
        Plan on the evening of September 23, 1996.  This meeting has been
        widely advertised in community newspapers, including circulation of
        a capital plan information flyer and questionaire.

        Following the hearing of delegations, staff and MarkTrend Research
        will present a Report Reference at the regular Council meeting of
        September 24, 1996.  The relevant reports will be distributed as
        part of the September 24th Council package.
