(St. Regis Hotel), Reallocation of Seats and Change in Hours in Class 'A' Pub At its July 25, 1996 meeting, the Vancouver Liquor Licensing Commission considered a report in which the Chief License Inspector presented for consideration an application by Okim Holdings Ltd. for reallocation of seats and change in hours in the Class 'A' Pub at 602 Dunsmuir Street. As the decision of the Commission was not unanimous, the application was referred to the July 30th Council meeting. Subsequently, Council on July 30, 1996, deferred consideration of this matter pending notification of the applicant.
