False Creek Flats Industrial Area

               The following materials refer and are attached:

               -    Policy  Report dated  March  27, 1996,  entitled "False  Creek
                    Flats Planning Overview and Preliminary Concept Plan"

               -    Policy  Report  dated  March   27,  1996,  entitled  "Proposed
                    Rezoning of 940-960 Station Street (Trillium Site)"

               -    Policy Report  dated March  27, 1996, entitled  "Live/Work and
                    Work/Live: Vancouver Overview".

               The  meeting has  been arranged  to hear  delegations on  the False
          Creek Flats Overview.
