(Lots 19 and 20 North Half, Block 413, District Lot 526, Plan 1276) The proposed amendment to the Heritage By-law would: - designate the existing building listed in the "B" evaluation category on the Vancouver Heritage Register and located on the northerly half of the site as a protected heritage property; - ensure the protection of the building from inappropriate alterations and demolition in the future; and - be in exchange for approval of relaxations to the floor space ratio from 1.72 FSR to 2.04 FSR, the front yard, east and west yards, rear yard setbacks, horizontal and vertical angles of daylight for the site which the Director of Land Use & Development is able and prepared to support.
