Dear Mayor Owen and Members of Council:

The Board at its regular meeting on Monday, September 11, 2000 approved the following motions:

A. THAT the Board leave Park Drive open during any closures for the Lions Gate Bridge construction.

B. THAT the Board work with community and park stakeholders to develop a viable program for implementation within six months, for periodic closure of some park areas to automobiles.
