SUBJECT: Rezoning: 4470 West 8th Avenue (Sasamat Gardens)

At the reconvened Public Hearing held on June 21, 1999, Vancouver City Council concluded the hearing of the public on the rezoning application for 4470 West 8th Avenue. Council referred its decision on this application to the Regular Council meeting of July 6, 1999. Copies of the Public Hearing Agenda of March 30, 1999 and memorandum from the Director of Legal Services dated March 30, 1999 (both on file) have been distributed for Council's ready reference. Minutes 6 also refer.

Before making its decision, Council will hear the final comments of the applicant and civic staff:
