SUBJECT: Priorities for the 2000-2002 Capital Plan

At the Council meeting of July 6, 1999, arrangements have been made for Council to be provided with a Report Reference on the 2000 - 2002 Capital Plan, as follows:

… Brent MacGregor, Deputy City Manager, to provide opening remarks
… Lorraine Macdonald, MarkTrend Research, to present the results of the Public Opinion Survey, which was conducted to gauge public priorities for capital expenditure;
… Brent MacGregor to present the draft Capital Plan as outlined in the Administrative Report dated June 30, 1999.

Following the Council meeting, the draft plan will be circulated for public comment and the hearing of speakers will take place at a Special Council Meeting, scheduled for September 14, 1999.
