At the reconvened Public Hearing on I-3 zoning held on July 5, 1999, City Council finished hearing from the public and also heard the concluding comments made by civic staff. Council then referred its decision to the Regular Council meeting of July 6, 1999, as unfinished business.

The Director of City Plans has provided an outline of the recommendations listing all of the choices for Council's consideration (attached). Please note the attached outline is a revised version of that previously distributed at the July 5th Public Hearing. There has been a minor change to Consideration Item C on page 11, and Consideration Item G3 has been added to page 14 regarding Bentall Development Services' setback issue. The Agenda of the Public Hearing, staff memoranda and correspondence were previously distributed to Council members and are on file in the City Clerk's Office.

Councillors Chiavario, Herbert, Puil and Sullivan are not eligible to vote on this item.
