On December 8, and 10, 1998, January 26, and February 4, 1999, a Show Cause Hearing was held in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not 1998 and 1999 Business Licenses ought to be granted to the Applicant, Shelley Francis, carrying on business as Sister Icee's Hemp BC and Cannabis Cafe, 307 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Proceedings will continue as noted above, with John Nelson, Solicitor, Law Department, representing the City of Vancouver. Counsel from Jonathan Baker & Associates, will represent the Applicant, Shelley Francis.

Decisions arising from the meeting are available on the web site the day after the meeting.
Minutes are available on the web site within one week following the meeting.
