2. Licensed Premises - Extension of Tolerance Period File: 2611

Due to lateness of the hour at its January 28, 1999 meeting, the VLLC deferred consideration of this item to the February 25, 1999 meeting. The attached Administrative Report dated November 26, 1998, refers.

and Licensing Branch

Due to the lateness of the hour at its January 28, 1999 meeting, the VLLC deferred consideration of this item to the February 25, 1999 meeting.

During the Commission meeting held November 26, 1998, staff were requested to report back on the feasibility of providing information of the impacts and consequences of the additional inspections being carried out by the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch pertaining to overcrowding in cabarets.

The attached memo (previously circulated at the January 28, 1999 meeting) from Inspector Dave Jones refers.
