The attached Administrative Report dated November 16, 1998, refers.

The registered owner and his realtor have been provided with a copy of the report and may wish to speak.

2. Demolition of Nuisance/Dangerous Building - 421 Hawks Avenue

At the Council meeting on November 17, 1998, the attached Administrative Report dated October 21, 1998, was referred to a Standing Committee meeting on December 3rd, because of a delegation request. Mr. James Chan, part owner of the property, will speak.

3. Taubman Proposal -

Policy Review and Rezoning Process

The attached Policy Report dated November 18, 1998, refers.

Copies of the report have been distributed to interested parties, some of whom maywish to speak.
