ACTIONS

The following actions were taken by Vancouver City Council at the above Public Hearing. The Director of Legal Services was instructed to prepare and bring forward the necessary by-law amendments for Items 1, 2 and 3.

December 2, 1998

1. REZONING: 333 East Pender Street

The application was approved, with Option (a) for minimum unit sizes, and a parking requirement of 15 in total, one being a disability space, and with conditions as set out in the Minute of the Public Hearing..

December 3, 1998

2. REZONING: 6112-6138 Cambie Street

The application was approved, with conditions as set out in the Minute of the Public Hearing.

3. AREA REZONING: Clinton Park West RS-1S

The application was approved.

December 10, 1998

4. SIGN BY-LAW AMENDMENTS [Downtown Granville Street]

THAT the application (Option A) be approved.
