In addition to the foregoing schedule, Council members are requested to reserve all Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the weeks of Regular Council meetings, for the scheduling of Special Council meetings, additional Public Hearings, and/or Show Cause Hearings as may be required.

Council members are also requested to reserve Monday afternoons (1:30 to 3:30 p.m.) during the weeks of Regular Council meetings, for the scheduling of Council workshops/briefings.
