At its meeting on September 15, 1998, the Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic referred the decision on the Administrative Report dated August 20 on East First Avenue - Traffic Review to Council's meeting that afternoon under Unfinished Business.      For Council's action on this item, see the Actions of the Vancouver City Council meeting of September 15, 1998, under the heading of Unfinished Business.
