Arrangements have been made for Martha C. Piper, President and Vice-Chancellor of U.B.C. to provide Council with a Report Reference on the draft Vision Statement entitled Trek 2000 (on file in the City Clerk’s Office). The University is engaged in the process of redefining its mission and planning its goals and strategies for the coming decade and welcomes Council’s views on the proposal.
