A By-law to contract a debt by the issue and sale of debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $216,080.30 in lawful money of Canada for certain street beautification projects constructed as local improvements and for imposing an annual special rate on real property specially benefitted by such local improvements.
2. A By-law to contract a debt by the issue and sale of debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $55,268.73 in lawful money of Canada for certain lane lighting projects constructed as local improvements and for imposing an annual special rate on real property specially benefitted by such local improvements.
3. A By-law to contract a debt by the issue and sale of debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $10,500.71 in lawful money of Canada for a certain street lighting project constructed as a local improvement and for imposing an annual special rate on real property specially benefitted by such local improvement.
