4. Discussion Item - Granville Street Revitalization

Stuart Swain, Chair, Granville Street Task Force, will introduce Norm Hotson, Hotson Bakker Architects, who will provide Council with a review of the Granville Street Revitalization study. The relevant summary material is attached. (The complete study, previously circulated to Council, was forwarded under letter dated November 28, 1997, by the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association, and is on file in the City Clerk's Office.)
