                                           Zoning of Southlands Elementary
                                           School, and West Point Grey RS-1

   a)   Dunbar RS-1

   Summary:   The proposed rezoning of the Dunbar RS-1 area to RS-5 would
   encourage the design of new development to be compatible with nearby
   development.

   b)   Zoning of Southlands Elementary School, 5351 Camosun Street (Block
        275, D.L. 140, Plan 8266)

   Summary:   The proposed RS-5 zoning of the Southlands Elementary School
   site would encourage the design of new development to be compatible with
   nearby development.  The site is presently not zoned.

   c)   West Point Grey RS-1

   Summary:   The proposed rezoning of the West Point Grey RS-1 area to
   RS-5 would encourage the design of new development to be compatible with
   nearby development.
