   REZONING:
        RS-5 District Schedule & Douglas Park RS-1S and Dunbar RS-1S

   a)   RS-5 District Schedule

   Summary:   The proposed amendment would add RS-5S to the RS-5 District
   Schedule. 

   b)   Douglas Park RS-1S

   Summary:   The proposed rezoning of the Douglas Park RS-1S area to RS-5S
   would encourage the design of new development to be compatible with
   nearby development.

   c)   Dunbar RS-1S

   Summary:   The proposed rezoning of the Dunbar RS-1S area to RS-5S would
   encourage the design of new development to be compatible with nearby
   development.
