   a)   West Southlands RS-1, Sub-Area 1

   Summary:   The proposed rezoning of West Southlands RS-1, Sub-Area 1
   from RS-1 to RS-5 would encourage the design of new development to be
   compatible with nearby development.

   b)   West Southlands RS-1, Sub-Area 2

   Summary:  The  proposed rezoning of West Southlands RS-1, Sub-Area 2
   from RS-1 to RS-6 would establish a minimum standard of design quality
   for new development.
