   SUBJECT:  Urban Noise Task Force - Final Decision



        A Special Council meeting was held on May 13, 1997 for the purpose
   of hearing delegations concerning the recommendations of the Urban Noise
   Task Force.  At the conclusion of the May 13, 1997 meeting, Council
   agreed that a final decision on this matter would be made under
   Unfinished Business at the next Regular Council meeting.

        The minutes of the Special Council meeting (Minutes 8) are in the
   minutes portion of this package.
