SPECIAL ITEMS
Court #578 Item #30, Speed Humps
Lane south of 14th Avenue from Oak Street to Spruce Street
This project was initiated at the request of owners who wanted speed humps installed after the lane was paved. Objections
for the above project met the number required to defeat, but the assessed value represented by this objection has not
met the required 50% of total assessed value. Due to the majority of property owners objecting, we recommend this
project not proceed.
Capital Funds
Funds for the City's share of the projects are available from existing Engineering Department Basic Capital Accounts or
are subject to approval of the 1997 Streets Basic Capital Budget.
