        The Public Hearing on this matter concluded on February 6,
   1996.  At that time, it was agreed that a final decision on the
   application would be made at a future Regular Council meeting. 
   Accordingly, this matter will be considered under Unfinished
   Business at the Regular Council meeting on February 27, 1996.

        Ms. Jacquie Forbes-Roberts, Director of Community Planning,
   and Mr. Bob McGilvray, Planner, will be present to provide
   closing comments from staff on the application, and to respond to
   questions from members of Council.
