1. Hearing to Review Issuance of Business License for 1996 to Big Star Investments Inc. (Club NRG pka Senorita Frog's), 99 Powell Street At its meeting on January 9, 1996, Council resolved to hold a hearing into whether the business license for Big Star Investments Inc. be granted to operate a cabaret at 99 Powell Street. Accordingly, Mr. Terry Bland, Corporation Counsel, will present the City's position in this case. Representatives from Permits & Licenses, Police, Fire and Health Departments will also be present.
