        1995 letter forwarding background information has  been distributed
        to Council members and is on file in the City Clerk's Office.


   2.   B.C. Place Stadium - Noise from Concerts
        and Truck and Tractor Pull Events       

        The attached Policy Report dated May 29, 1995, refers.  Copies have
        been provided to interested parties, some of whom wish to speak.


   3.   Noise By-law - Refuse Collection

        The attached Policy Report dated May 29, 1995, refers.  Copies have
        been  provided  to interested  parties, some  of  whom may  wish to
        speak.


   4.   Building By-law Amendments to Exempt Strata
        Title Compliance for Some Heritage Buildings

        The attached Policy Report dated May  2, 1995, refers.  Copies have
        been  provided  to interested  parties, some  of  whom may  wish to
        speak.
