   2.  Garage Shops - Award of Roofing Contract

       The attached Administrative Report dated June 6, 1995, was scheduled
       to be considered  at Council's meeting on June 20.   As a delegation
       request was received, the report was referred to the City Services &
       Budgets meeting of June 29, 1995.

       A representative from the Canadian Union of  Public Employees, Local
       1004, will be speaking.
