             Further  to our  request  to  provide  the City  of  Vancouver
             Standing Committee  on Planning  and Environment an  update on
             the  draft MasterPlan,  please note  that details  of what  we
             intend to address during this presentation.

             The  1995-2015  Airport  MasterPlan  has  been  undertaken  to
             provide overall  guidance for the physical  development of the
             Vancouver International Airport.  The MasterPlan also responds
             to the vision evident in the recently  released Strategic Plan
             Update.  The  draft MasterPlan has  been developed through  an
             extensive   consultative   process   including    input   from
             governments, communities, airport customers and others.

             As  a  nominating entity  to the  Board  of Directors  for the
             Vancouver  International Airport Authority,  it is appropriate
             for  us to provide the City of Vancouver Standing Committee on
             Planning and  Environment with  an opportunity to  preview the
             draft MasterPlan prior  to its  public release on  July 1st.  
             This  information  session will  be  followed  up with  public
             meetings later in July.   We anticipate receiving comments  up
             until September to October of this year.
