   I  wish to advise you  the Vancouver Heritage  Commission, at its
   meeting on June  12, 1995,  when considering the  Minutes of  the
   Design Review Committee dated June 5, 1995, passed the  following
   motion:

        "THAT  the  Vancouver   Heritage  Commission  supports   the
        eligibilty for  heritage bonus  and transfer of  density for
        1200 Richards  Street (Canadian Linen Co.  building) and 901
        Seymour Street (Dominion Motors building)."
