On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, a Special Council (Business Licence Hearing) will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether to grant or refuse the application made by Vanessa Louie (the “Applicant”) for a 2026 business licence (“Business Licence”) for a short-term rental accommodation at 768 East 11th Avenue (the “Premises”), pursuant to section 28.1 of the City of Vancouver’s Licence By-law No. 4450.
Robert LeBlanc, Litigation Counsel, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver.
Vanessa Louie will represent herself.
