On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, a Special Council (Business Licence Hearing) will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether to grant or refuse the application made by Wayne Lam (the “Applicant”) for a 2026 business licence (“Business Licence”) for a short-term rental accommodation at 6165 Main Street (the “Premises) pursuant to Section 28.1 of the City of Vancouver’s Licence By-law No. 4550.
Robert LeBlanc, Litigation Counsel, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver.
Wayne Lam will represent himself.
