This is a Special Council meeting called by the Mayor under sections 2.5(a) and 14.5 of the Procedure By-law for the purpose of convening a Business Licence Hearing.
NOTE: This meeting will be held both in person and electronically, as authorized by Part 14 of the Procedure By-law.

On Tuesday, June 9, 2026 a Special Council (Business Licence Hearing) will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the Chief Licence Inspector’s decision to not support the issuance of a 2026 business licence (“Business Licence”) to Nida Skrijelj (the “Applicant”) for a short-term rental accommodation at 3606-1372 Seymour Street (the “Premises”) pursuant to section 25.1(3) of the City of Vancouver’s Licence By-Law No. 4450, should be upheld, overturned, or attach conditions to the Business Licence.
Robert LeBlanc, Litigation Counsel, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver.
Nida Skrijelj will represent herself.
