Register to speak:

• By selecting the request to speak button, up to 1 hour before the hearing starts
• By phoning 604-829-4238 30 minutes before the hearing starts
• In-person on the day of the public hearing; 30 minutes before the start of the hearing at City Hall
  
  

Please note, Speaker registration opens 10 days prior to the Public Hearing, per the Vancouver Charter, in this case, Friday, January 23, 2026, at 8:30 am.

When the registered speakers' list has been completed and if you haven't yet spoken and would like to, follow the phone instructions provided by the Chair or attend in person and approach the podium when the Chair calls for additional speakers.
