On Wednesday, December 6, 2023 a Special Council (Business Licence Hearing) will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the Chief Licence Inspector’s decision to suspend the business licence (“Business Licence”) issued to 1394867 BC Ltd. (the “Licencee”) for business premises located at 247 W Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”) should be upheld, overturned or attach conditions to the Business Licence.


Robert LeBlanc, Lawyer, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver.  Jack Lloyd, Lawyer, will represent the business.
