• This is a Special Council meeting called by the Mayor under sections 2.5(a) and 14.5 of the Procedure By-law for the purpose of convening a Business License Hearing.
• This Special Council meeting is to be convened by electronic means as authorized by Part 14 of the Procedure By-law and the Vancouver Charter.

1. Business Licence No.23-163309 - Cancellation (Short Term Rental)
1397 West 41st Avenue
On Wednesday, March 1, 2023 a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the Chief Licence Inspector’s decision to cancel the business
licence (“Business Licence”) issued to Chi Wah (Shirley) Pang (the “Licencee”) for a short-term rental accommodation at 1397 West 41st Avenue (the “Premises”), should be upheld, overturned or attach conditions to the Business Licence.
Robert LeBlanc, Lawyer, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. Chi Wah (Shirley) Pang will represent herself.
