PLEASE NOTE:
• This is a Special Council meeting called by the Mayor under sections 2.5(a) and 14.5 of the Procedure By-law for the purpose of convening a Business License Hearing.
• This Special Council meeting is to be convened by electronic means as authorized by Part 14 of the Procedure By-law and the Vancouver Charter.
ROLL CALL
1. Suspension of Business Licence
On Tuesday, July 12, 2022, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the Chief Licence Inspector’s decision to suspend the business licence (“Business Licence”) issued to (the “Licencees”) for a short term rental accommodation located at (the “premises”), should be upheld, overturned or attach conditions to the Business Licence.
Robert LeBlanc, City Prosecutor, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver.
