1. Suspension of Business Licence No. 21-158773 (Short Term Rental)
• This is a Special Council meeting called by the Mayor under section 14.5 of the Procedure By-law for the purpose of conducting a Business License Hearing.

1. Suspension of Business Licence No. 21-158773 (Short Term Rental)
1351 E 19th Avenue, Vancouver, BC
On Tuesday, March 8, 2022, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the Chief Licence Inspector’s decision to suspend the Business Licence (the “Business Licence”) issued to Daniel Piecuch and Sheena Graham (the “Licencees”) for a short-term rental accommodation at 1351 E 19th Avenue, should be upheld, overturned, or attach conditions to the Business Licence.
Iain Dixon, Assistant Director - Regulatory Litigation, Legal Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Daniel Piecuch & Sheena Graham will represent themselves.
