UPDATE: July 24, 2020
Council continued to hear speakers for Item 7. Council recessed and will reconvene on Monday, July 27, 2020, at 9:30 am, to continue with Item 7 - Decriminalizing Poverty and Supporting Community-led Safety Initiatives, and will start with SPEAKER 190 .
UPDATE: July 23, 2020
Council completed Item 6 and recessed while hearing speakes on Item 7.
Council will reconvene on Friday, July 24th at 1 pm to continue with Item 7 - Decriminalizing Poverty and Supporting Community-led Safety Initiatives, and will start with SPEAKER 81.
UPDATE - July 22, 2020
Council completed Items 1 to 5, and Item 8 was referred to the Standing Committee on City Finance and Services meeting on September 16, 2020.
Council will reconeve on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at 1 pm. The following two agenda items remain to hear from speakers and for debate and decision:
- 6. Retail Revolution: Bringing Digital Main Street to Vancouver to Support Brick and Mortar Neighbourhood Small Business
- 7. Decriminalizing Poverty and Supporting Community-led Safety Initiatives
