Appointment to Streetohome Foundation Board

A. THAT Council request that Sadhu Johnston be re-appointed by the Streetohome Foundation Board as a Director for so long as he holds the position of City Manager with the City of Vancouver or the term of his appointment to the Streetohome Foundation Board expires, whichever is sooner.

B. THAT, if Recommendation A is approved, the City Clerk be directed to notify the Streetohome Foundation of Council’s request and ask that Streetohome’s Board of Directors re-appoint Sadhu Johnston accordingly at their next Board meeting or by consent resolution at their earliest convenience.
