Appointment of the General Manager, Arts, Culture and Community Services as Chief Housing Officer for the purposes of the delegated authority under the Single Room Accommodation By-law

THAT Council appoint the General Manager, Arts, Culture and Community Services as the Chief Housing Officer for the purposes of the delegated authority under the Single Room Accommodation By-law, effective February 20, 2018.

Revision to Policy AE-021-01 (Substance Abuse Policy)

A. THAT Council approve revisions to the City’s Corporate Policy: Substance Abuse Policy as reflected in Appendix A of the Administrative Report dated February 5, 2018, entitled “Revision to Policy AE-021-01 (Substance Abuse Policy)”, including its updated name: Alcohol, Controlled Drugs, and Medications Policy.

B. THAT Council delegate authority to the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer to make future amendments to the Policy as required.
