Recommendation requires 2/3 affirmative votes of all Council members per Vancouver Charter S. 206(1)
4. Capital Grant for 870 East 8th Avenue (Red Door Housing Society) for Social Housing
Recommendation B requires 2/3 affirmative votes of all Council members per Vancouver Charter S. 206(1)
5. Contract Award for Provision of Weigh Scale Management and Point of Sale System
6. Transparency in Financial Disclosure by Members of Council
At the Regular Council meeting on November 14, 2017, Vancouver City Council referred this matter to the Standing Committee on City Finance and Services meeting on November 15, 2017, in order to hear from speakers. Subsequently, at the Standing Committee on City Finance and Services meeting on November 15, 2017, Vancouver City Council agreed to consider this motion, following receipt of legal advice from staff related to appropriate occasions for Council members to declare conflict of interest.
Where applicable, interested parties have been notified regarding the above noted items.

1. By-law to amend CD-1 (445) By-law No. 9204 re: 969 Burrard Street and 1019-1045 Nelson Street.
Subject to approval of By-law 17 on the Regular Council Agenda of December 12, 2017
(Councillor Affleck absent for the Public Hearing on this item; however on July 26, 2017, he advised he had reviewed the proceedings of the Public Hearing and is therefore, eligible to vote. Councillors De Genova and Jang absent for the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting where the decision was made. Councillor Bremner not on Council at the time of the meetings)
